Is it possible to return the vehicle beyond office hours?

-Yes. Notify us of your intention to deliver after business hours and we will explain the steps to follow for the return

May I travel with the vehicle to the mainland?

-No. It is only allowed the circulation of our fleet out of the Canary Islands, which may be severely sanctioned when driving in the Peninsula.

What I can do in case of a breakdown or other type of emergency?

Could we take the vehicle to an agreed point of delivery?

-Yes, with an additional cost to be consulted with the Direction, taking into consideration distance and time, regarding to our offices.
What methods of payment are accepted?

-The Rental payment will be made before removing the vehicle from our facilities and may be paid either in cash as credit card or bank transfer. DEPOSITS will ALWAYS be paid in CASH ONLY.
